5star Gomoku is a free board game that is easy to learn but hard to master. You play against the computer, laying out Xs and Os. The object is to build a row of five, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. You alternate turns as well as starting moves. You can play at five skill levels from beginner to expert. There is background music if you choose, with a range of tunes to entertain you. A real-time scoreboard keeps track of the time of play; you can set available time to make your move in the options panel to add a bit of pressure. Gomoku is a challenge for those who are tired of Solitaire, Minesweeper, and Freecell. In the last version new rating system added, so you can see how your skills grow.
